Hi!

My name is Daan van Leersum and I am 21 years old. I was born in Enschede, but have been living in Groningen for over 4 years now. This year I am the Treasurer and Commercial II of the EBF Conference.

I applied for the EBF Conference Board because I was looking for an opportunity to gain practical skills in an academic and business context. I have already learned a lot in the past few months and I am very excited about what the rest of the year will bring!

As Treasurer, I am responsible for keeping track of the budget. I have to make sure that all the numbers add up, the bills are paid, and that there is enough money available to organize the event. In addition to Treasurer, I am also the second Commercial Relations. This means that together with Yi Qi I am also responsible for setting up partnerships with companies and acquiring money.
