Toon van der Veer joined AB InBev in the Graduate program in 2007 after graduating from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen with a Masters in International relations. He then worked in commercial roles, leadership roles, technology roles and HR roles in the Netherlands, Belgium, Budapest – Hungary and Tokyo in Japan. In Tokyo he was send on a mission to setup the company from scratch and to find the best route to market, people and way to position our brands. In his current role Toon is focused on the digital transformation in Zone Europe and how to best organize people around this.
