Azra Balic

Hello!

My name is Azra Balic and I’m 22 years old and I am born in Groningen, but have lived half of my life in Bosnia, where my parents are originally from. 4 years ago, I moved again to Groningen to start my bachelor Economics and Business Economics. This year I’m responsible for the Public Relations & Promotion of the EBF Conference 2023.

By seeing all the inspirational speakers from the past years and hearing stories from people that were part of the executive board in previous years, I became very enthusiastic about the EBF Conference board myself. Moreover, I was looking for ways to gain more organisational skills on a professional level.

Being the PR of the board means that I am responsible for all the promotion of the EBF Conference, I am the person behind all our social media channels and promotion material. I think this is an interesting function since I can use my creative and organisational skills at the same time. I am really excited for the rest of this board year and to share what we have been working on!
