Koen Kakes

Hi,

My name is Koen Kakes, I am 25 years old and I am the Chairman of the Conference Day Organization committee. I am currently in my 7th year in Groningen and currently pursuing my pre masters in International Business and Management after my bachelors in Sport Studies.

During my time in Groningen I have always been active in committee’s and I am very excited to now help organize the biggest student convention of the Benelux. My interests lie in event organizing, social equality and policy making. With the sub-theme of power of the employee I am able to explore and develop all these interests.

As chairman of the Conference Day Organization I am responsible for the Entrepreneurship Q&A, contacting speakers for the college day and when needed jumping in with my committee members. Together with them and the board I am convinced we will make the 15th conference the best one yet!
