Sabine Scheepstra

Sabine Scheepstra is Head of Digital Transformation & AI at Equans Netherlands, where she helps shape the company's digital future and accelerate innovation in support of the energy transition.

With a background in digital strategy, organizational transformation, and change leadership, Sabine has spent her career helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into results. She is particularly interested in how technology, leadership, and culture come together to create lasting change. Her work focuses on enabling people and organizations to adapt, learn, and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

At Equans, Sabine works with business and technology leaders to strengthen digital capabilities and unlock new opportunities through AI. She believes that successful transformation starts with leadership vision and with people and that technology creates the greatest value when it helps organizations perform at their best.

Beyond her role at Equans, Sabine regularly contributes to the transformation community through guest lectures at business schools, speaking engagements, and professional networks. She has recently taken on a position in the Advisory Board of CIONET Netherlands.

Outside of work, she is actively involved in volunteer initiatives at hockey club UNO, where she helps organize activities that strengthen community engagement. And she loves spending time with her family, friends and pets.
