As a RUG Alumnus, you are automatically enrolled for the general lunch and masterclasses instead of the recruitment lunch and workshops. Only RUG alumni who have graduated 2 years or less have the possibility to get enrolled in our partner workshops.

NOTE: Workshops that require a CV-selection will be closed on Friday the 19th of September at 13:00! Additionally, please be aware that dinner registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, as places are limited.

This is only applicable for RUG alumni who have graduated in 2023 or later.
After the lunch, you will either attend a workshop or the masterclasses. These program elements can be adjusted to your personal preference. To find out more about the workshops, click on the logo of our partners to see what their workshop will be about.
The workshops have limited places, so if you are NOT selected for a workshop, you will be automatically enrolled for the masterclass instead. If you are selected for a workshop, it is mandatory to attend the selected workshop.
Please indicate your preferences for the workshops you would like to attend or if you would prefer to attend the masterclasses.
Note: The workshops with our partners that require CV-selection will be closed on the 19th of September at 13:00.
We kindly ask you to upload both a regular and an anonymous version of your CV, as our partners will use these for allocating students during the recruitment lunch, workshops, and recruitment dinner.
If necessary, you may also send your CV after completing the sign-up process by email to j.vandenberg@ebfconference.nl, no later than September 19th at 13:00.
The participation fee for Conference Day is €29,95 for old board members. Next to that, you are entitled to bring a +1, who can also buy a ticket via this link. Please indicate below if someone is coming with you (who is not an old board member), and indicate their name so we know that.
This year, the three-course dinner will take place at NOK, located on the upper level of Forum Groningen. We kindly ask for a contribution of €39.95 from RUG Alumni who would like to join.
Note: Since there is limited availability for the general dinner, participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide below the bank information of the account you would like to use for paying the €39,95 (€79,90 in case you bring a +1) in case you get selected for the general dinner (based on a first-come, first-served principle).
