Paula Ooms

Hi everyone! I’m Paula, 21 years old, and I’m trilled to be the Chairman of the EBF Conference Board 2023-2024. After recently completing my bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and Operational Research, I’m excited to start my master’s programs in both Finance and Econometrics, Operational Research and Actuarial Studies this upcoming September. Alongside my academic activities, I see this board year as a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in organizing big events like the EBF Conference. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through sports like tennis, running, and golf, as well as planning fun activities with friends.

In my role as Chairman, I oversee the overall planning of the EBF Conference and work closely with my fellow board members to ensure it will be a succes. I’m excited about the journey ahead and fully committed to organize a memorable and successful event!
