Mount Consulting is a specialised management consulting firm serving banks, insurers,  asset managers and pension funds. We support our clients with a wide range of  challenges, from strategy and organisational design to risk management, data, reporting  and large-scale transformations. We combine in-depth expertise with a pragmatic  approach: we do not simply develop solutions but also help our clients successfully put  them into practice. 

As a consultant, you will work alongside experienced specialists from the very beginning  and have plenty of opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. You will  gain an inside perspective on different organisations, contribute to current challenges  within the financial services industry and gradually discover which area of expertise  suits you best. From your first day, you will also have your own Guide: a senior colleague  who will support you and help you find your way within Mount.
