Venturn Young Professionals (VYP)
One of our core services is the Venturn Young Professionals Program, a paid two-year management development program for WO graduates with 0–2 years of experience. It offers a strong start to a career in the maritime sector, with responsibility from day one and opportunities to learn, grow, and discover your strengths.

As a VYP’er, you’ll work on 2–4 challenging projects with leading companies such as shipping lines, logistics providers, port authorities, terminals, offshore firms, and public/private organizations. You’ll follow a comprehensive curriculum focused on professional and personal development, including topics like project management, leadership, and data analytics.

In addition to training in both soft and hard skills, you’ll receive guidance throughout the program. This includes job coaching from a senior consultant and at least three one-on-one sessions with a professional coach to support your growth into a well-rounded professional. Social activities like team outings and drinks are regularly organized with fellow and former trainees.
